Personal Information:   
Tiffany’s favorite vacation is visiting friends who live on the Gulf of Mississippi, boating out to the island and eating pre-cubed cheese! She enjoys watching movies, doing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. She recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and looks forward to teaching yoga in the near future. She also enjoys playing and working with her therapy dog, Murphy and his newly adopted sister, Millie. She is grateful for her wonderful husband and 2 children who have always supported her in her career.

Melissa “stumbled” upon the field of speech-language pathology while searching for a new educational direction following college, and has been very happy with her choice from the first graduate-level course to the present!  Melissa grew up in Walton Hills, Ohio (near Cleveland), the second of six children.  She loves her wonderful and ever-expanding family, and loves spending time with them!  Melissa married Tom, a bricklayer, and moved to Niles, where they reside with their children, Mason and Caroline, and their rescue pup Peter.  They stay very busy with sports, church, and family fun time, and they enjoy vacationing!  Melissa likes reading, cooking and baking, crafting, and doing household projects in her free time.

Married to Gregory Dobrowolski. They live in Warren, OH. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, Stella, and their Boxer, Brutus.  She enjoys traveling when time allows. At Aaris Therapy Group, Sarah has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in addition to OT Supervisor. Within this role of COO, she is the liaison between contracted sites and therapists as well as assisting the CEO with HR and administrative duties. She assists with the training of new staff and ensuring documentation is completed according to the Aaris standard. Sarah is also the OT Student Fieldwork Coordinator, providing an educational environment for those desiring to become part of the occupational therapy field. Sarah enjoys working at Aaris Therapy Group as there is a great support system between coworkers, both professionally and personally. She enjoys the flexibility Aaris provides along with professionalism and high standard of quality of therapy provided to the children they service.

She travels to see students in their school buildings, online students at their homes, and sees student’s one day a week in the Niles office. When she isn’t doing physical therapy, she is a horse enthusiast and a certified polo instructor specializing in teaching riding and polo to kids. She resides in her hometown of East Palestine, OH and is active in her community. Currently Juliette and her brother are assisting East Palestine Middle School start a LEGO Robotics program in memory of their sister.  Recently married, Juliette is also looking forward to starting a family of her own.

Sheri was born and raised in the area and through good times, bad times and good times again has never considered leaving the area. Sheri doesn’t work directly with the students but just seeing their smiling faces as they come through the door makes her day. Sheri is working her dream job.  Sheri does all the scheduling for the office clientele and assists with HR duties. Sheri also does many other office related jobs such as assisting the therapists with making materials, developing the monthly staff newsletter and just about anything anyone asks her to help with! In her spare time, Sheri enjoys spending time with her family, dabbling with photography, enjoying music and going to concerts (MSB!), watching sports and traveling.

For more than a decade Kim worked in Columbus as a pediatric occupational therapist in outpatient clinics and schools. She recently moved to the area to be closer to family. Jane Rowlands worked in information technology for 20 years, discovering speech-language pathology when her youngest daughter required speech services in preschool. Jane enjoys working with children and has never regretted changing careers! Jane and her husband, Rick, live in Cortland; their daughters, Tessa and Claire, both attended college and are pursuing their own careers away from Ohio. Jane and Rick are loving their empty nest, but are thrilled when Tessa and Claire are home for a visit. Jane enjoys yoga and creating new things- whether in the kitchen or making crafts.

Murphy was born a litter of 7 in Cambridge, OH and was adopted by the Hurlbut Family on Easter Day in 2020 with the intention of becoming a therapy dog so he could go to work with his mom, Tiffany. He likes to spread good cheer particularly during the pandemic when so many people and children are working through anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed. Murphy loves lying on the floor and getting attention through petting. He also loves when kids tell him to sit, shake, lay down, and stay – then give him treats!

Hannah is new to the field of physical therapy and graduated in December 2022 with her doctorate degree. She was born and raised in Howland, Ohio and moved back home from Cleveland after finishing college. Her passion for the career (and most specifically the pediatric population) arose from watching her special needs sister receive therapy services growing up. At Aaris, her role includes traveling to see students in schools, at their home and at the Nile’s office. Outside of work, she helps her mom run a bowling league for individuals with special needs at Freeway Lanes in Warren, Ohio during the fall and winter months. She loves her puppy, Brody, who is a standard goldendoodle and hopes to train him as a therapy dog one day. Most of her down time is spent with her close knit family and friends. She is so happy to be pursuing her career in a field that she is passionate about and cannot wait to see how much growth she undergoes in the upcoming years.

I have experience in a variety of settings including Out Patient Clinics, Home Health, and School based. I have a personal passion for all things Health and Wellness and recently pursued board certification through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine as a Lifestyle Medicine Professional (DipABLM). I also recently became a Level A registered clinician in Dynamic Movement Integration. I live in Hermitage PA with my 4 teen and young adult children and my pet turtle, Tucker. Personal Information:
Originally from Broadway, North Carolina, MeKaila moved to Niles Ohio to work for Aaris Therapy group in July of 2022! She is a creative person who seeks to understand the world around her in unique ways and creative expression and help others find ways to do the same. As a multi instrumentalist and vocalist, she often makes music in her free time at local establishments and events. Her principal instrument of study in college was violin/fiddle, though you can often hear her making music with a piano, guitar, ukulele, dulcimer, harp, voice, and various percussion instruments.

MeKaila loves spending time with her two sisters, parents, and nieces when she goes home to visit the Carolinas and enjoys traveling. She is hosting a foreign exchange student from Belgium for the 2023-2024 school year and looks forward to learning more about Ohio as they explore new parts of the United States together this year.

Currently, MeKaila is working on completing her NICU-MT (neonatal intensive care unit) certification to deepen her knowledge and understanding of different stages of life, brain development, and the long term implications that pre-term or complex birth can have on an individual. She also plans to start her training for Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) soon to learn about a different modality of treatment for the people she serves.
